Q How will coronavirus affect delivery timeframes?
A We are working hard to minimise any potential disruptions during these unprecedented times however due to external courier delays, your delivery may take longer to get to you than usual.

United Kingdom
Currently, domestic shipments are not affected by delays. You can track your order using the link provided within your dispatch confirmation email. If any changes apply to your order we will let you know as soon as possible.

United States (DHL)
DHL are maintaining delivery services to the U.S., however, the current transit time is now up to 3 working days. For all the latest DHL service updates please see here.

Rest of the World (Fedex)
Fedex are experiencing disruptions throughout their supply chain. As delays vary depending on location, please visit the Fedex Service News page for up to date information on your delivery area.

Q Can I track my order?
A Yes, all of our deliveries feature full online tracking. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can click on this tracking number to view the progress of your shipment.

Q Are you extending your returns policy?
A Yes, we are offering an extended returns period of up to 30 days. To arrange your return, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@dmybydmy.com. We are still offering free UK returns, however, all international returns remain at the expense of the purchaser.
