DELIVERY

We currently ship to over 130 countries around the world. To display available shipping options, prices and estimated delivery times please enter your address below. Please note these delivery times are an estimate and may be affected by factors over which DMY BY DMY has no control including customs delays and national holidays.

All of our deliveries feature full online tracking. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can click on this tracking number to view your shipment’s progress.

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes, apart from in the following countries: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. For deliveries to the listed countries please insert your PO Box address on the 'State / County' line at checkout.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Deliveries within the EU:
We operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means that all import taxes and duties will be included in the price of the goods in your order.

Deliveries outside the EU (Including Channel Islands):
We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis so once your order arrives at its destination you will be responsible for the required import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the destination country, in order to release your order from customs. Our courier will contact you with the details of any import charges to be paid. Please be aware that we cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country. Please contact your local customs office to find out more information.

IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION

Please note that certain countries may require other certification or information in order for your order to be delivered. Where this may occur, customers will be contacted directly by our Customer Care team prior to dispatch to ensure you are happy to proceed on this basis. We have provided some examples of identification information required by certain countries but please make yourself aware of any requirements before placing your order because lack of this information upon import will result in the shipment being returned to origin.

United States
US customers may be requested by US Customs to provide their IRS, EIN or SSN number before deliveries can be released to the given address.

India
Shipments sent received into India need KYC documents (Government recognised Identity and Address proof) to be presented to Customs during shipment clearance. Consignees receiving shipments in India can upload the documents on the DHL website from their desktop or smart phone.

Turkey
For orders over €75, you will be asked to provide one of the below
  • TR ID number (if you are a Turkish citizen)
  • VAT number (for deliveries to a company address)
  • Passport number (non-residents)

  • Saudi Arabia
    For all personal imports over $100 USD, a personal identification number will be required (this is a 10 digit number).

    Brazil
    The requirement of a valid TAX ID - CNPJ (for companies) and CPF (for individuals) - is mandatory in Brazil for inbound shipments.

    Argentina
    The receiver's VAT/Tax ID number (CUIT or CUIL or CDI in Argentina) is required for clearance of goods into Argentina.

    UK RETURNS

    If you’re not happy with your sunglasses within 14 days of delivery, please contact customer service at hello@dmybydmy.com and we will send you a pre-paid returns postage label. Please package the sunglasses safely, affix the label and drop the package at any myHermes parcelshop location. (For a full list see here.)

    INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

    Unfortunately, we do not offer a free returns service for International customers. If you would, however, like to return your sunglasses please contact customer service at hello@dmybydmy.com within 14 days of delivery and a member of our team will provide you with a returns address. Please return your package to the address provided and we recommend using a courier that provides both insurance and tracking to ensure we receive your package because unfortunately, we will not be able to cover packages lost in transit.

    REFUNDS

    Once we have received the sunglasses, providing that they are returned in an unworn or like-new condition with original packaging, we will process the refund immediately. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided upon check out. Funds should be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 working days, depending on the bank. Please note that we are unable to refund original shipping fees and any customs or duty as this is between the purchaser and Customs & Excise.
