How much are delivery costs?

United Kingdom
We offer three delivery options within the UK:

  • FREE Standard delivery service
  • £6.95 for Next Day delivery guaranteed before 1pm
  • £9.95 for Next Day delivery Saturday Guaranteed before 1pm

Europe

  • £9.95 for a tracked service.

Australia and New Zealand

  • £15.00 for a tracked service.

When will my sunglasses arrive?

United Kingdom

  • FREE UK Standard – 2-3 days (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays) 
  • UK Next Day – If ordered before 2pm GMT your order will be delivered before 1pm the next day (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays)
  • UK Next Day Saturday Guaranteed – If ordered before 2pm GMT your order will be delivered before 1pm the next day including Saturdays (excludes Bank Holidays)

Europe

  • European Standard – 5-7 days (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays)

Australia and New Zealand

  • Australia and New Zealand Standard – 5-10 days (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays)

Can I track my order?

Of course. All of our deliveries are dispatched with Royal Mail and feature full online tracking. To track your parcel simply follow the link in your Order Confirmation e-mail or visit ‘Recent Orders’ on your account page. 

What happens if I’m not in for my delivery?

No worries, Royal Mail offers a safe-place option if no one is home. To inform us of your designated safe-place please provide detailed instructions in the ‘Order Notes’ box upon checkout. Please note that if the nominated safe-place is not secure or will leave your parcel exposed to poor weather, Royal Mail will not be able to follow your instructions.

What is your returns policy?

If you’re not happy with your sunglasses within 14 days of purchase, please send us an e-mail at hello@dmybydmy.com. We will send you a pre-paid returns postage label (UK only) and simply attach this to your parcel and drop it at any Post Office branch. For all international returns, delivery fees must be covered by the customer. Please ship to the address provided by customer service and please use a courier that provides both insurance and tracking to ensure we receive your package. Unfortunately, we will not be able to cover packages lost in transit. 

How long will it take to process a refund?

Once we have received the sunglasses, providing that they are returned in an unworn or like-new condition with original packaging, we will process the refund immediately. Funds should be credited 5-10 working days later, depending on the bank.
