'SAFE PLACE' OPTION

For UK deliveries Royal Mail offers a safe-place option if no one is home. To inform us of your designated safe-place please provide detailed instructions in the 'Order Notes' box upon checkout. Please note that if the nominated safe-place is not secure or will leave your parcel exposed to poor weather, Royal Mail will not be able to follow your instructions.

CUSTOMS, TAX & DUTIES

DELIVERIES WITHIN THE EU

We operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means that all import taxes and duties will be included in the price of the goods in your order.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE EU (Including Channel Islands)

We operate on a DDU(Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis so once your order arrives at its destination you may be required to pay any outstanding import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to, in order to release your order from customs. Please note that we are unable to refund any duty paid on any items returned to us as this is between the purchaser and own country Customs & Excise.

USA AND CANADA


For shipments to the USA please note that we ship on a DDU basis. In line with the increase in Duty Free Allowance, orders under the new $800 threshold will not be subject to tax and customs. Orders to Canada will be subject to relevant tax and custom fees for orders over $CAD20. Contact your local customs office for further details.

AUSTRALIA

Duties are not applicable for Australian orders under 1000 AUD.

RETURNS

If you’re not happy with your sunglasses within 14 days of purchase, please send us an e-mail at hello@dmybydmy.com. We will send you a pre-paid returns postage label (UK only) and simply attach this to your parcel and drop it at any Post Office branch. For all international returns, delivery fees must be covered by the customer. Please ship to the address provided by customer service and please use a courier that provides both insurance and tracking to ensure we receive your package. Unfortunately, we will not be able to cover packages lost in transit.

Once we have received the sunglasses, providing that they are returned in an unworn or like-new condition with original packaging, we will process the refund immediately. Funds should be credited 5-10 working days later, depending on the bank.
