If your order has not yet shipped, then we should be able to update your delivery address, so long as the delivery country remains the same. We cannot change the delivery country. Please contact us urgently if you need to change your delivery address.

We are unable to change orders once they have processed through our system. Regrettably this means we are unable to add or remove items from your order. If you wish to purchase an additional item, please place a new order. If you no longer require any of the items ordered, you may return them to us for a full refund.
If you would like to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been shipped.

DMY BY DMY ships to most countries worldwide. You can choose your shipping country by clicking on the top right-hand corner of the website. If you cannot see your country listed, then unfortunately, we do not currently ship to that destination.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on the shipping method selected. We offer several different shipping methods including standard courier and express courier. The prices for each available option will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times and cost will be displayed for each option. Please note that delivery dates quoted at checkout are an estimation only. We aim to meet the delivery times quoted but during busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or customs inspections, can result in delivery delays.

Customs clearance is completely beyond our control, as are any delays resulting from inspections by the customs authorities. As only the recipient of the package can make an inquiry with the local customs authorities, for any details regarding the process and its due date, we kindly ask you to contact them directly using the tracking reference number provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
If you prepaid your duties & taxes at checkout, your order is covered by our ‘guaranteed landed shipping cost service’, meaning that you should not have to pay any further fees.

Our sunglasses are handcrafted from the highest quality cellulose acetate, sourced from the world’s leading supplier in Italy. Cellulose acetate is a plant-based plastic meaning its hypoallergenic, lightweight and very strong. Our metal frames are manufactured from high-quality stainless steel. Stainless steel is lightweight, flexible, strong and corrosion-resistant offering maximum durability and increased comfortability.
Our lenses are either crafted from CR-39 or Nylon, lightweight materials that offer an extremely high optical quality, almost as good as glass. In terms of durability, both CR-39 and Nylon are incredibly scratch and shatter resistant.
Yes, all of our lenses offer 100% protection against UVA and UVB rays.
We do not currently offer prescription lenses. However, all of our lenses can be replaced with prescription lenses by your local optician.
Yes, all of our sunglasses have been designed so that they can be easily adjusted to your individual needs. If your find that your acetate frames are too tight or loose, crooked on your face or hurt your ears, your local optometrist will be able to make the necessary adjustments. For metal frames, simply tighten or widen the nose pads. If, over time, the glasses become loose you can tighten the hinge screws with a small screwdriver. Again, these adjustments can be made by your optometrist.
Store your sunglasses in the case provided in a dry place at a temperature between -10°C and +35°C. Avoid putting them face down on any surface as this may scratch the lenses.
To maintain the function of your sunglasses we recommend regularly cleaning the lenses with soap and water. Avoid the use of any solvents of alcohol. When drying, use the microfibre cloth provided and avoid the use of abrasive cloths as these may damage the lenses.
At DMY BY DMY we take great pride in the craftsmanship of all of our sunglasses. In the unlikely event that a defect in materials or workmanship is found in your sunglasses within twelve months of purchase, we will exchange it with proof of purchase. Please note, our warranty does not cover sunglasses that have been altered, personalised or damaged due to normal wear and tear.
