Return Policy


We hope that you’re delighted with your order, however, if you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may request a return for your item(s) within 14 days from the delivery date. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.


UK RETURNS

We offer free returns via Royal Mail within the United Kingdom. To request your free return, please contact us to receive a pre-paid postage label and return instructions.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International returns must be arranged through the Global-e returns portal. Please follow the steps below to generate your returns label. International returns are at the expense of the buyer and vary depending on destination.

  1. Head to the DMY BY DMY Global-E Returns Portal. You will need your order number (which starts with GE) and email address to create your returns label. The returns portal can be found here: https://web.global-e.com/returns/portal/oQoE
  2. Once in the returns portal, select the item/s you wish to return, choose a reason from the drop down menu and click next.
  3. Confirm your acceptance of the return charges. Please note: This is a negotiated discounted rate with DHL Express that does not need to be prepaid as it will be deducted from your refund. By using this returns waybill you consent to the deduction of the return cost from your refund.
  4. Your returns label and form will be generated.
  5. Include the Global-E returns form inside the parcel and pack items in the original box or secure packaging, to ensure they reach us safely.
  6. Attach the return address label to the outside of your parcel.
  7. Return your parcel via your local DHL Express branch https://locator.dhl.com/ or schedule a pick-up here https://mydhl.express.dhl/

Please be aware returns take between 7-10 business days to arrive at our warehouse, and a further 3-5 business days to be processed by our team.

Refunds


Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within five days of us receiving the returned item(s), however, please note that some payment providers can take up to 10 working days to credit your account.

Please note that we are unable to refund original shipping charges, duties, taxes or tariffs.
