All orders are dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, however, please note that during sale periods delays may be incurred due to increased volume.

DMY BY DMY cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations, national holidays, customs delays or adverse weather conditions.
Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of our customer and need to be settled once your order arrives at its destination.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
We hope that you’re delighted with your order, however, if you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may request a return for your item(s) within 14 days from the delivery date.
We offer free domestic returns within the UK. Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive your complimentary returns label. We do not offer a free returns service for International customers. If you would, however, like to return your order please contact customer service at email@example.com and a member of our team will provide you with our returns address and instructions.
Please note that we are unable to refund original shipping charges, duties, taxes or tariffs. Any costs incurred with international returns are non-reimbursable or refundable.
